(Terrible) Killer Buff

This mod buffs the second ultra mutation choice for plant, killer.

It makes the seeds that spawn when killing an enemy caught in the snare spawn temporary smaller snares when they hit another enemy, after a 20 frame delay (2/3 of a second). The snares last 5 seconds before disappearing.

I did this in a few hours for fun, so it's very buggy. I'd suggest doing '/ignoremod killerbuff' after loading the mod so your screen doesn't get covered with error messages. It's also probably very op right now because I spent maybe 10 seconds balancing it out.

Also, I was told this doesn't work with NTT 9944, so use version 9940 instead if the mod doesn't work.
